Refund policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

All products sold by eSIMZI are digital products (eSIM data plans). Due to the inherent nature of digital products — which are intangible, instantly consumable, and impossible to "return" once delivered — ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once the product has been successfully delivered. While eSIMZI maintains the ability to track and monitor eSIM activation and usage data (which may be used for fraud prevention and chargeback disputes), no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and irrevocably agree to this absolute no-refund, no-replacement, no-exchange, and no-credit policy.

1. GENERAL NO-REFUND POLICY

1.1. All sales of Digital Products are final and irrevocable. Once a Digital Product has been delivered to your designated email address or displayed on-screen (as applicable), the transaction is complete and no refund, return, exchange, credit, or compensation of any kind shall be issued.

1.2. This no-refund policy applies without exception to the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any subjective dissatisfaction after purchase;
  • Purchase of a product for an incorrect region, country, or territory;
  • Purchase of an incorrect denomination, value, or data plan;
  • Inability to redeem a code due to your account restrictions, suspensions, or bans on a Third-Party Platform;
  • Device incompatibility with eSIM technology;
  • Expiration of an eSIM data plan after delivery;
  • Failure to use the product within its validity period;
  • Duplicate purchases (purchasing the same product multiple times);
  • Dissatisfaction with data speeds, network quality, or carrier coverage (eSIMs);
  • Changes to Third-Party Platform terms, pricing, or availability after code redemption;
  • Failure to read product descriptions, regional restrictions, or compatibility requirements before purchasing.

1.3. You expressly and irrevocably waive any right to cancel, rescind, or seek rescission of any completed transaction. There are no exceptions to this policy.

1.4. NO REPLACEMENTS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CREDITS: In addition to monetary refunds, we do not offer replacements, exchanges, store credits, or any other form of compensation for any delivered Digital Product, under any circumstances whatsoever. Once a product is delivered, you assume all risk and responsibility for its use, redemption, and security.

1.5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE: You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) Digital Products are consumed upon delivery and cannot be "returned" like physical goods; (b) eSIMZI reserves the right to track, monitor, and verify eSIM activation and usage data, and may use such data at its sole discretion for fraud prevention, chargeback disputes, and internal purposes; (c) notwithstanding any monitoring capabilities, all sales remain final and non-refundable; and (d) accordingly, you accept full and sole responsibility for all delivered products.

2. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

2.1. You may request cancellation of an Order ONLY if the Digital Product has not yet been delivered. Once the code or eSIM activation details have been transmitted to your email or displayed on-screen, the Order is deemed fulfilled and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2.2. For eSIM Products, which are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, the right of cancellation is effectively waived at the moment of purchase, as delivery occurs simultaneously with payment.

2.3. You expressly acknowledge that, pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply, given the immediate and irrevocable delivery of digital products upon purchase.

3. FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

4.1. Filing a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with your payment provider, financial institution, or mobile carrier after the successful delivery of a Digital Product constitutes fraud and a material breach of the Terms & Conditions.

4.2. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

  • Pursue all available civil and criminal legal remedies under the laws of England and Wales;
  • Recover the full value of the Digital Product, all chargeback fees, administrative costs, investigation costs, and legal fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees);
  • Permanently ban your email address, payment method, and any associated accounts from all eSIMZI services;
  • Report the fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement authorities, payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), and fraud prevention databases;
  • Share relevant transaction data with payment processors and fraud prevention agencies as permitted by applicable law.

4.3. If you have a legitimate concern about a transaction, you must contact us directly through our support channels BEFORE initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Failure to do so shall create a presumption of bad faith.

4. PRICING ERRORS

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a refund of the amount paid. This refund for pricing errors constitutes the sole exception to our no-refund policy and shall be your sole and exclusive remedy.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or inability to deliver arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Third-Party Platform outages, payment processor failures, internet disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. No refund shall be issued for delays caused by force majeure events.
